I checked out this entry hoping for a game like many of the hand held poker games you can buy with a decent RNG and betting structure.
However, what this game is, is in actuality a Hold'Em tutorial, which is does not fail at. If you can't recognize the hand ranks quickly, this could be a useful tool and would be a great addition to any Hold'Em game as opposed to a stand alone project.
1. Darnell only had 5 years to live, yo. He would not be turning 80.
2. Your voice actors can't read. Or, you can't read. The sub titles didn't match half the dialogue and the dialogue flowed horribly. Several hundred words were mispronounced and the emPHAsis was put on the wrong syLABle in nearly every sentence.
Ok... my reasoning was pretty much the following:
I usually like movies with dialogues better than silent ones---> so, mine will have dialogues----> But I'm a bad voice actor ---> fuck it, there's only one week left till Pico day.
So yeah, I did most of the voices. Since I'm not a native english speaker, I was kind enough to put the subs up, so that ppl could understand what I was saying. That also explains the wrong emphasis and mispronunciations.
If the horrible sound made you give me a zero, I suggest you turn it off and watch the movie again...
Thanks for reviewing.
This was good. Really good. Voicework was excellent, the music was excellent, the quality of sound was phenominal.
The artwork and animation were beautiful, but I found the jokes to be somewhat lacking. The final punchline made me lol though.
The only thing I felt like this needed was a play button after it was finished downloading. I was making a bowl of cereal and had to replay the video to catch what I'd missed.
Everyone who visits Newgrounds needs to watch this. It deals with a sensitive issue in an insensitive tone. The kind of tone that gets things done.
The events that transpired after the clocks learned of the massacre and one of their friends attended the university taught us all a valuable lesson.
If things don't directly effect you, then there's no reason to feel bad about it. Sure, something terrible has happened, but it has no direct impact on your life, so there's no need to get all wishy washy about it.

As is, I gave it a 4.

Is this real?
Is this a real dialogue that a child had while playing with toys?
I laughed so hard at this because this is the kind of stupid shit my younger cousin and little brother said while playing with toys.

Hilarious
This is the best thing I've seen in a long, long time.
The Little's reference got me rolling. There were tears streaming out of my eyes from laughing so hard.
Please make more.

This was horrible.
Ways to improve:
Better voice talent
Make a different movie

John K would be proud
The only helpful criticism I can offer here is make it longer. This was awesome.
You have imitated John K's directing and animating style perfectly. The choice of music was great too.

100X better than most of the garbage on here
Good submission. Good, not great.
What would make it great? Making it longer.
It kept me thoroughly entertained throughout the entirety of the film and I didn't feel like closing the window until it was over.
I try to keep this series' episodes short. I have another series I'm planning out that will have decent-length episodes.

Awesome job though.

Nice use of sound
I like the choice of music for this submission.
Please put more time into the actual film. What we get is a very nice introduction and then a loop of llama faces and noises.
Please take a little more time and make an actual movie.
